— CAN I PLACE MY ORDER BY EMAIL?

Absolutely! At Amen Paper Company, we understand some customers are still a little nervous about ordering online but we only have two options for you for purchasing the item aside from an online transaction. You can visit our store or send us an email. We will quickly process your order as much as we process online.

If you would like to place an order online, simply fill out the order form and go through the payment process.

— WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?

We always strive to offer the highest quality hand crafted products at the best prices. At the same time, we personally make our products and pack all of our orders with care. As such, we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchases. However, if you experience that items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we’ll definitely replace them.

Just remember that we accept items only with unused and unmarked conditions. We will ship a replacement and assist you on your return claims with pleasure.

— HOW DO I KNOW THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS?

Every product displayed has details that indicate whether a product is in stock or not. In the event that a title is not in stock, we will provide you with an approximate date of when it will be available. However, if a product is not in stock and you wish to pre-order that item, Amen Paper Company will not charge your credit card until the product has been shipped out to you.
